A political performance was organised by activists of the civil campaign “European Belarus” near the Kamarouski Market on November 16.

Strongly built people in black masks appeared near the entrance to the market. They caught some young people in sweaters “For Freedom!”, knocked them down to the ground and pull black plastic bags over their heads. Other activists run up to release the seized activists. Then all participants of the performance shouted “No to Political Terror!” several times.

“in spite of talks about liberalization, repressions against the youth continue. A youth activist can be caught in the street and thrown to jail on a ridiculous accusation. Disappearances of political opponents of the regime haven’t been investigated yet. Any person can become a victim of lawlessness. That is why, the people who were caught by people in masks, had notices “You are the Next” on their backs,” a participant of the political performance told about the sense of the action.
