Belarusbank's cash-in-transit guard: Should I use weapons to get my salary?

Employees of Belarusbank have found their salaries cut.

Charter97.org learnt it from a reader who works as a cash-in-transit guard at the bank.

“Salaries were cut at famous Belarusbank, too. They carry out checks one by one, trying to find any violations and rob people... I am a cash-in-transit guard. I was deprived of a bonus for professional skills, because the bank administration cannot make a plant pay its loan. Should I use weapons to get my salary??? It's an outrage,” Belarusbank's employee wrote.

Many Belarusian companies have problems with paying wages. There have been reports in the last few months about four- and three-day working weeks, failure to pay wages in full, a decrease in wages and forced unpaid leaves.
