Evening Of Solidarity With Andrzej Poczobut To Be Held In Warsaw

Today is the birthday of one of the leaders of the Polish diaspora in Belarus.

Today Andrzej Poczobut, a journalist and one of the leaders of the Polish diaspora in Belarus, turns 51. He meets his birthday behind bars.

The Warsaw "East European House" (Dom Wschodni) will host an evening of solidarity with Andrzej Poczobut.

Pavel Babalovich, head of one of the editorial offices of Radio Wnet, Irena Bernatskaya, activist of the Union of Poles in Belarus, as well as Hrodna musician and journalist Ales Denisau will speak about the political prisoner.

The event will take place at pl. Konstytucji 6 (Dom Wschodni) at 18:00.
