‘Pious’ Pskov Paratroopers Rebel In Zaporizhzhia Region

The Russian military refused to go on the offensive on Easter.

In the occupied part of the Zaporizhzhia region of Ukraine, Pskov paratroopers staged a mutiny. They refused to go on the assault, which was planned on one of the front sectors for Easter.

The RIA Melitopol publication reports this with reference to sources in Ukrainian intelligence.

“The Pskov paratroopers refused to go on the declared offensive in the Zaporizhzhia direction. According to intelligence data, the attack was planned for Easter, but the Russians from the 104th Airborne Assault Regiment refused to go on the offensive,” the report says.

It is noted that the Pskov paratroopers were actually defeated here by the Ukrainian Defense Forces. Now they are missing more than 60% of their personnel. There is also a shortage of equipment, which was destroyed by Ukrainian defenders.

“They promised to send them on rotation, but, obviously, they decided to completely reset the unit in meat assaults. Now a military prosecutor of the Russian Armed Forces is working in Orekhovshchina, trying to find the rebels,” writes RIA Melitopol.
