Law-enforcers are seen in the streets of Baranavichy with a Russian flag.
Charter97.org was informed about that by a reader.
“Today at about 11.30 a.m. I was walking down the central street in Baranavichy. I saw a flag of Russia in a police patrol car. I wonder, whether the money for them are not doled out by Belarusian tax-payers, or are they receive some donations from Russia, or have an agreement about a joint police service had been signed? I could understand when people put such flags in their personal cars out of a folly, and these flags are handed out for free, but to put such a flag in one’s service car in broad daylight, while one is serving to a state, isn’t it too much?” the dweller of Baranavichy asks.
