Hundreds of new stickers appeared in Brest streets ahead of the Solidarity Day.
The stickers, which were pasted on pillars and advertising boards, depict the number 16 and the slogan “Freedom for Belarus”, charter97.org learnt.
The Day of Solidarity with Belarusian political prisoners, abducted politicians and activists is marked every 16th day of a month.
Stickers reading “Freedom for Belarus” were earlier noticed in the town of Kamianets.
